10k later (well actually 12k) i call fares and tell him i need a oil change BADLY! he said to bring it in. i pull up, and right into the bay. sweet! i dont recommend just showing up w/ out making an appointment, you might wanna call first. i wanted to share with you that FARES will go out of his way for you. in and out within 30 minutes. thanks again FARES.

Hmmmm, only 34 reviews so far?!?! I think some people are afraid to give credit where credit is due, lest this shop becomes too popular. All I have to say is, Fares is an expert, a professional, and honest. What more could you ever ask for. Thank you Independent Audi & VW!! My Golf thanks you too!

Called and spoke to John - he was very helpful. He helped me determine that my issues should be covered under my Certified Pre-Owned warranty - and even after it was determined that I needed to go to the dealer b/c of the warranty, he still spent time thoughtfully helping me with my issue, and even gave me the name of someone to talk to at the dealer. I have not used them for service yet, but next time i need service I definitely will!

I love the idea of getting my Audi A6 4.2 repaired right in my own neighborhood. Fares and his troops are well-trained, always take good care of me. I trust him to do the right thing, I am happy to report that my car is running perfectly, and I am never "nickel-and-dimed." I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Fares and John are the best! I have been taking my car there for the last year. Why waste your money at the stealership when these are here! They don't nickel and dime you and only recommend services you actually need.

I have taken my car into Independent Audi twice now. I have been so impressed with their service. I have had my Audi for 7 years and have been unhappy with almost everyone who has worked on it. A friend referred me to Fares and his team and I was quite please. John is so very helpful and takes the time to make sure you fully understand the repairs that need to be made and then reexplains when you come in to pick up your car. John has been one of the main reasons I trust my car with them.

Well what can i say besides the fact that my car was ready on time, the price was right, the service was professional from the time I walked in to the time I picked-up the car, kudos, to you and your staff Fares, for making my experience a good one.

I've been looking for a local (near Pasadena area) shop that specializes in Audis as I don't particularly trust other independent "German" shops or even non-German shops. I was originally taking my car to the dealership (thinking that the dealership would be the only shop that honors my extended warranty from Fidelity). Turns out, Independent Audi also honors my warranty. Yay! Made a call or two to schedule a time to drop it off and I spoke to John who used to work at Rusnak Pasadena (where I used to take my Audi) for over 9+ years. He just got hired by Fares, another previous Rusnak Pasadena mechanic who's been there for 10+ years and is currently the owner of Independent Audi. Both are very professional and definitely know what they're talking about. I brought my car into check some small issues as well as get my front inner CV boot replaced (I brought my own parts) as it was not covered under my extended warranty. Since they worked with Fidelity numerous times, they knew pretty much what was covered and what was not the moment I mentioned it (unlike Rusnak Pasadena). They also were more than happy to inspect all the other concerns I had (oil leaks, water leaks, glove box light, cracks, etc.) withOUT charging me (unlike Rusnak). I ended up waiting roughly 3 hours for them to fix my CV boot and it only cost me less than $240. Great deal and they're super friendly and professional. Would highly recommend them for any and all repairs. They sure know what they're doing and they don't BS you. FYI: I have a 2005.5 Audi S4 (B7 body) with approximately 81,xxx miles.
