Trust is something that usually takes time to build. Upon meeting the crew at EAH, trust was established from the moment I drove up. I was greeted with a heart-warming smile and given the most excellent customer service ever. We have all done the dealer thing and circling the drain is no fun with them. Very friendly, very responsive, highly qualified team. I purchased a pre owned Audi Q5 to be used by my college aged son. Fares examined the car and provided helpful details on what work needed to be done now, what should be done now, and what things can wait but we should look at again next Summer. We had a pretty good amount of work done, only OEM parts were used, and the price was much better than if I had taken the car to a dealership. We are very pleased with the work and overall customer service, and we will return. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone driving an Audi or VW.
