First 5,000 Mile Service
- Change engine oil and filter
- Rotate tires
- Check tire pressure of all tires (including spare) and inspect tires for wear or damage
- Reset Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS)
- Check windshield wiper blades, fluid, washers, and headlight washer’s adjustment, and function
- Inspect brake pads for proper thickness, inspect brake system for any damage or leaks, check brake fluid level, and reset service reminder display
- Multi-point vehicle inspection
15k, 55k, 95k, 135k Mile Services
- Change engine oil and filter
- Rotate Tires
- Check tire pressure (including spare) and inspect tires for wear and damage
- Reset Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) and check the renewal date of tire repair set
- Check wiper blade condition
- Inspect windshield wipers, washers, and headlight washers' adjustment and function; add washer fluid if needed
- Inspect the brake system for damage, leaks, pad thickness, fluid level, and reset service reminder display
- Check cooling system level, add coolant if necessary
- Inspect the engine compartment for leaks
- Check battery terminals (no corrosion), housing, and damage; replace if necessary
- Check the acid level of the battery, only if the level can be seen through the housing and fill if needed (except for the 2013 Q5 hybrid)
- Replace the dust and pollen filters
- Remove cover for plenum panel to check water drain and clean if necessary (except 2010 A3 and Audi Q5)
- Inspect front and rear lighting
- Test horn
- Check the exhaust system for damage and leaks
- Check drive shaft boots
- Check front and rear axle for excessive play
- Check dust seals on ball joints and tie rod ends
- Check transmission, final drive, and underbody for leaks
- Perform a road test
At 55,000 miles only:
- Replace spark plugs
- Replace air filter and clean housing
25k, 45k, 65k, 85k, 105k, 125k Mile Services
- Change engine oil and filter
- Check tire pressure (including spare) and inspect for wear and damage
- Reset Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS)
- Check wiper blade condition

- Test all interior lights
- Lubricate door hinges, straps, locks and hood latch
- Check brake disc thickness
- Change ATF for Continuously Variable Transmission (multitronic)

- Change ATF for A3, TT, TTS, S4, S5, S5 Cabriolet, RS5, S6, S7, and R8
- Remove, inspect, and drain the plenum panel
