I've been taking my 2002 Audi TT to European AutoHause (aka: Independent Audi) for the last 5 years -(since my first Yelp review in 2010) I have had ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING SERVICE each and every time I have brought my TT Iin for service/repairs. Fares is so incredibly honest and knowledgable about the vehicles he works on. I will NEVER take my Audi anywhere else. If you love your car and want the BEST SERVICE with the FAIREST PRICES and an HONEST MECHANIC who will go above and beyond to make sure your car is running like a dream- take your Audi/VW to European AutoHause - you WILL NOT be disappointed!

These guys saved me $1,100. Audi dealer in Pasadena said I needed new motor mounts to get rid of a clanging sound coming from the front end of my 2008 Audi TT when I pulled out of my driveway and applied the brakes. They quoted me $1,100 parts and labor and wouldn't guarantee that would get rid of the clang. I sought a second opinion. Sean and his mechanics at EuropeanAutoHause actually took the time to locate the problem, giving the front end a full inspection and test driving the car with me. The front driver's side caliper was clanging because I needed new brake pads. Much cheaper, and was actually the source the problem. Thanks for saving me a repair I didn't need! They also washed the car after they worked on it and took care of other little repairs for free. You just don't get that type of service anymore.

I own a 2001 Audi A4 Quattro. I had a pleasantly surprising professional experience from the very first telephone call to EuropeanAutoHaus. A nice young lady (not a grumpy curt mechanic) answered the phone. She listened to my concerns, and we made the first available appointment. Farras called me that day, informed me of the problem, and the cost and that was it--he even proactively and intelligently forwarded my smog information directly to the DMV, so I now have a functioning and legal vehicle. I should also mention that EuropeanAutoHaus is within walking distance from the Allan Metro Gold Line station. I would definitely return.

Trustworthy and great repair store. first time I took my audi A4 there and they fixed the light and other problems with my car and the problems never come back. second time, my ABS system is wrong and after they did a lot of work they found it is module problem. I told them I need to think about it and not fix it now. They are very NICE and didn't charge me at all. I know they might have spent a lot of time on it. really appreciate your help and everything.

Took my Audi A4 to the dealer because it wasn't running right. The price they quoted me to get my car back on track was exorbitant. I found European Autohause and their price for a major tune up was half what the dealer wanted. And the job was done in only a few hours. Sean and Faris were honest and up front about what my car needed and what it didn't need. Finally found an honest shop!

After searching online for a decent Audi repair shop, I decided to take my wife's Audi A3 wagon to European Autohause. I met with Fares and he treated me like family. My wife's Audi was repaired in no time. Thank you, The Hidalgos

I've had Fares and he team at EAH service my wife's Audi A6 for several years now and have always been happy with their pricing and exceptional service. Recently I had to take her vehicle in for some engine work and made arrangements with Sean to have Oscar come by and pick me up at my office. I spoke with Sean earlier that morning to make arrangements and he told me that as soon as I arrive at my office to give him a call and he will have Oscar pick me up. Long story short the receptionist told me that Sean had sent Oscar to the car wash and that the driver was 5 minutes away. 15 minutes later I'm still waiting outside my company to be picked up. When I called EAH, I had the pleasure of speaking with Sean again, instead of being "apologetic" he was being defensive and was trying to have the last word with me. I did not appreciate his tone of voice and his attitude towards me at all. For the future I hope Sean will change his one of voice with myself and future EAH customers.

I had battery issues & check engine light on my drive from Oregon to LA. Faras checked the battery (dead cell) & ran the computer on the code (nothing to worry about until after the holiday) at no charge. My jaw is still on the floor. Thanks & merry Christmas!
