Pasadena Audi and Volkswagen Repair

I'm a regular at Independent Audi & VW for the past 3+ years for all my oil changes, break pads, major checkups and all other fixes. I've always had good experiences there. Fares is very professional, patient and kind. His voice is very calming and will definitely ease your anxiety when you think your car is going to explode on the freeway. His staff are friendly as well. Back three years ago, he would give free car washes, and he would tell me to come get my motor oil topped off for free. And this time, he changed my rear signal light bulb free of charge, which is super sweet! In all honesty, as much as I still enjoy their service, I personally think that back three years, the people are nicer and friendlier. I guess this has to do with their growing popularity on yelp and their ever busier business. Don't get me wrong, I still think their service is great and the staff are friendly, I just hope that they won't get too comfortable with themselves and stop improving. Hopefully with the new name, they'll continue to grow while providing great services at competitive prices.

I own a 2009 Audi A6 Quattro. After religiously going to Rusnak Pasadena for 4 years, I have finally given up on getting quality service until I found European AutoHause. Fares patiently explained my issues on the phone after I called several times and when I finally booked my last minute appointment, the service was even better than expected. The shop was clean and everyone was professional. The work was completed ahead of promised time and the car was delivered after a wash. The repair charge was about a third of Rusnak's estimate. Quality service and fair price - that's what I was looking for exactly. Fares is knowledgeable and very professional. I definitely will be booking all my Audi service needs at European AutoHause going forward and would not hesitate recommending Fares and his team to family and friends. Thanks, Fares, for good, honest, quality service. UPDATE: Have been going to EAH now for various work on my Audi. Fares and his team continue to exceed expectations. One time Fares refused to charge me for a faulty part even though it was already out of warranty. He didn't have to do that but he did. So honest and dependable. They will never up charge for unnecessary work. Thanks Fares and Sean for always taking care of your clients.

I would give zero stars if I could. To put it in a nut shell, they overcharged my gf for parts and labor. I don't like the fact that they take advantage of people in need and let their greed get the best of them. Avoid this place.

We've been taking our VW Passat wagon to these guys for quite some time now. They truly know their stuff when it comes to VW & Audi vehicles. They are not a cheap shop, but given the expertise and experience they have, it's totally worth the money. I have always felt very taken care of, the work has always been fantastic and thorough. We trust them. Highly recommended.

I was here for a routine 45,000 miles maintenance service and my experience was phenomenal. The reason that I came about this wonderful place was because my Audi Care had just expired and when I went to inquire about the price, Mckenna Audi gave me an outrageous quote of $442 that I was under no circumstances going to pay. My friend suggested me to check out Independent Audi and they estimated that everything was going to cost $180 bucks. So I scheduled my next available time with them and when I got there, they were able to get my car in and out of the shop in a very reasonable time. Sean even offered a car wash free of charge after they did all the repairs! And I haven't even mentioned the best part, when I went to go pay for my bill, the total came out to be $167 dollars including tax. This was a great experience and this will definitely be my go to places for my Audi maintenance and repairs. P.S This is the first time I ever bothered to write a Yelp review! I have a 2008 A4 and I was told by two separate transmission shops that I needed a new or rebuilt transmission because the vehicle was hesitating/slipping at high rpms. After I took it to European Auto House they found out it was just a bad coil, saving me thousands of dollars. Thank you European Auto House for being so honest and getting my car back on the road, you earned a customer for life. Dan

Fares and his team are a god-send. This place is so awesome, they have grown exponentially in the past few years. I've been coming here for the past 3 cars (give or take 6 years) and have been completely satisfied by their service. Not only do they get the job done properly, but they will also take you home, to work, & back if needed. A very accommodating and effective team. Thank you guys!

I have been coming here since they opened. I always get excellent service. Now that they are more popular there is sometimes a wait, but its always worth it.

After taking my 2005 cab A4 to Rusnak a couple of times, I knew I needed to find a little bit more reliable and affordable service - one that I could trust, not that Rusnak ever did anything but its a car dealership! Ferris and his team have been servicing my car for about 3 years - I even lost an earring with very sentimental value down the side of the seat into the body of the car and don't you know, they pulled the entire seat out for me and put a magnet or something in there and pulled it out. Love them....really the service is phenomenal, the atmosphere is great, the cost is much less than Rusnak and most importantly, I trust them. They are not going to try to sell me a fix unless it really needs it. Thank you for everything you do!

Fares has been working on my VW Touareg for 2 years now. He came highly recommended by my friend Erika who has an Audi. He is always honest, fair and beyond trust worthy with my car. He always gives you details of what exactly is going on with your car in a way that you can understand it. He let's you know what needs to be fixed now and what could wait. His whole staff is very professional at any given time. They don't even care if you call a million times a day like I DO...LOL. I have never seen someone care so much about their customers like Independent Audi & VW Service. I would highly recommend this place to ANYONE!!!
