What I love most about this place is the honesty towards what's really going on with your vehicle. I was servicing my VW 2008 Passat for over 2 years and was very pleased with the work. They do not keep you holding on all day like the dealers. They communicate with the customer and when they tell you at what time your car will be ready, thats when it's ready. I bought a newer 2013 VW Passat and I plan to continue getting my car taken care of by Fares and his great staff :) stay away from dishonest dealerships, you will be taken well care of here.

I was a customer for years here. The saddest thing about no longer owning a VW is that my car won't be serviced by Fares and Sean anymore. These guys were so easy to work with and a pleasure to be around. At least I'm giving up my spot so someone else can experience the no-bullshit, high quality work these guys do. A really great shop run by really great guys.

I took my 2006 Touareg to Fares for repairs after it sat on the lot of the Pacific VW dealership in Hawthorne. It sat there for weeks and the outcome was the VW dealership couldn't figure out what was wrong with it???!!!They gave it back to me and I didn't know what to do. I couldn't drive it like that until I heard about Fares. I heard great things about him and how he is the genius of German cars and that he is!!! He was amazing! He took my car in and wouldn't give it back to me until it was in brand new condition. He has a great reputation and I see why. He is very professional, courteous, and know his stuff. My car doesn't turn off on me anymore which was the reason why I had taken it to the dealership in the first place. I am so happy to know there's someone out there I can trust and any problems I have, I know I will be taken care of. I love my car and want to keep it forever, and now I can. Keep up the great work guys!!!

I have a 2008 VW Passat came here for a 120k mile service (one of the big ones) had everything looked and actually felt for once I was being told the truth! These guys took their time to explain the cause of each light being on and what they need to do to fix the problem, and of course told me the price. Yes, it's not the cheapest but you definitely get what you pay for as the other reviews say. They even washed my car which was nice, like you're taking it to the dealer! Definitely will be taking my car back to fix what needs to be done and services.

Fares and the rest of the guys at European Auto Hause did an amazing job on my Audi S8. The shop is run better than any franchise dealership. True car enthusiasts as well as experts at what they do. It is a shop run with passion and integrity. I truly appreciate everything they did for me. Thank you for the amazing service. My car feels like it's brand new.

Independent VW did the 25k maintenance on my Audi A4. Shopped around beforehand, and they were notably cheaper. It's been my experience that they take longer than they say to finish the work, but they're good about returning phone calls and providing accurate _cost_ estimates on the phone.

I have consistently received amazing service over the years. For example, when one of my broken parts was under warranty, instead of charging me to replace it, Fares let me know and referred me to the mechanic at my dealership to replace the part for free.

I'm a regular at Independent Audi & VW for the past 3+ years for all my oil changes, break pads, major checkups and all other fixes. I've always had good experiences there. Fares is very professional, patient and kind. His voice is very calming and will definitely ease your anxiety when you think your car is going to explode on the freeway. His staff are friendly as well. Back three years ago, he would give free car washes, and he would tell me to come get my motor oil topped off for free. And this time, he changed my rear signal light bulb free of charge, which is super sweet! In all honesty, as much as I still enjoy their service, I personally think that back three years, the people are nicer and friendlier. I guess this has to do with their growing popularity on yelp and their ever busier business. Don't get me wrong, I still think their service is great and the staff are friendly, I just hope that they won't get too comfortable with themselves and stop improving. Hopefully with the new name, they'll continue to grow while providing great services at competitive prices.

I own a 2009 Audi A6 Quattro. After religiously going to Rusnak Pasadena for 4 years, I have finally given up on getting quality service until I found European AutoHause. Fares patiently explained my issues on the phone after I called several times and when I finally booked my last minute appointment, the service was even better than expected. The shop was clean and everyone was professional. The work was completed ahead of promised time and the car was delivered after a wash. The repair charge was about a third of Rusnak's estimate. Quality service and fair price - that's what I was looking for exactly. Fares is knowledgeable and very professional. I definitely will be booking all my Audi service needs at European AutoHause going forward and would not hesitate recommending Fares and his team to family and friends. Thanks, Fares, for good, honest, quality service. UPDATE: Have been going to EAH now for various work on my Audi. Fares and his team continue to exceed expectations. One time Fares refused to charge me for a faulty part even though it was already out of warranty. He didn't have to do that but he did. So honest and dependable. They will never up charge for unnecessary work. Thanks Fares and Sean for always taking care of your clients.
