I used to only take my A4 to the dealer for maintenance, or any work that needed to be done, until it started to become ridiculous, looking for well reviewed places led me to European Auto Hause, and I am very glad it did. Their work has always been perfect and always under quoted. Very trustworthy!

I always trust these folks cause they are honest and not like the dealer say everything must change or your car will break down. Actually i found these guys from yellow page and just give them a try and came out they have reasonable price and honest on everything. I been coming to this place maybe 2 plus year close to 3 and they will never let me down. If you have a vw audi give them a try you will know what i talking about.

I'm always a lazy reviewer but I feel I have to write for here!!!! If you ever have a Audi or VW, this is your go to place. I have a 04 Audi TT with DSG Transmission. Recently I found there was a leakage from my trans and a little bit problem with down shifting. I took it to some other places and ALL of them told me my trans needs to be rebuilt. That's 4K!!! I found EAH on Yelp and they really have excellent reviews. So I said to myself, one last try. I made an appointment, dropped of my car, and after examination, Shawn told me it is just a washer needs to replaced + trans service and adaption. Total comes to $370. WOW!!! 4K compared with 370?!!!!!! When I picked up my car in the afternoon, I found there was still noise when downshifting. Shawn came in the car with me even when he was about get off work. He explained to me that is was just a normal wear out considering the mileage on the car. Nothing to worry about at all! Not to mention the car was washed like new inside out!!! I don't think I will take my car anywhere else!! Thank you EAH for the awesome service, honesty, and care.

This is my second or third time bringing in my Audi to Fares and Sean. Always friendly service, excellent communication and reasonable prices. Car is always washed as well. Makes it a pleasure to own an Audi. Thanks guys!!

I drive an audi tt 3.2 and 2 years ago my car had problems with the transmission. I brought it to several places including rusnak audi dealership in pasadena. Each place diagnosed a different problem with the car... spark plugs need replacing, ecu needs reprogramming, etc... and yet the car kept jolting randomly when stepping on the accelerator. I was losing hope but found Independent Audi (now called European Autohaus). Fares is the friendly owner and was able to diagnose it was a transmission malfunction. I was worried what if this doesn't fix the problem but after they were done, the car drives like new! Thank you Fares and European Autohaus. Just went in today for an oil change and throttle body clean. They even washed my car after it was all done! Great service and competitive prices. These guys know what they're doing and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

I've been taking my 2002 Audi TT to European AutoHause (aka: Independent Audi) for the last 5 years -(since my first Yelp review in 2010) I have had ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING SERVICE each and every time I have brought my TT Iin for service/repairs. Fares is so incredibly honest and knowledgable about the vehicles he works on. I will NEVER take my Audi anywhere else. If you love your car and want the BEST SERVICE with the FAIREST PRICES and an HONEST MECHANIC who will go above and beyond to make sure your car is running like a dream- take your Audi/VW to European AutoHause - you WILL NOT be disappointed!

These guys saved me $1,100. Audi dealer in Pasadena said I needed new motor mounts to get rid of a clanging sound coming from the front end of my 2008 Audi TT when I pulled out of my driveway and applied the brakes. They quoted me $1,100 parts and labor and wouldn't guarantee that would get rid of the clang. I sought a second opinion. Sean and his mechanics at EuropeanAutoHause actually took the time to locate the problem, giving the front end a full inspection and test driving the car with me. The front driver's side caliper was clanging because I needed new brake pads. Much cheaper, and was actually the source the problem. Thanks for saving me a repair I didn't need! They also washed the car after they worked on it and took care of other little repairs for free. You just don't get that type of service anymore.
