FARES, FARES, FARES! ...is the only name you need to know when it comes to EXCELLENT service on your AUDI or VW. I called European Auto Hause (EAH) early last week when my two front headlights died after a weekend driving my 2012 Jetta thru snow!...I know, weird reaction to snow from my car...I spoke to Fares...we set an appointment for 2 days later... The drive from Downey took me a lot longer (1hr) than the time the car was getting serviced. I didn't think it would be so quick. I had even looked into grabbing breakfast with my daughter down the street at a diner while the car was inside. "The breakfast plan" was to keep my 18month old from running around the shop because she's at that age where she can't sit still for more than a few minutes without wanting to tear up the place. We arrived, waited inside the lobby area while the car got driven to the work area in the back. When i took a peek for a second outside the window I saw the guys surrounded my car like it was a pit stop at a NASCAR race. Tire pressure, hood popped, and all the electric tool sound. I knew it was ALL BUSINESS, so I sat down with my tot....next thing Fares appeared at the door and i surely thought he was going to tell me it would be an hour, or so. No, no, no...instead he tells me the magic words -- "it's ready!" with my car waiting for me outside. Besides the headlights they even turned off the warning light of the "tire pressure." For all but 15minutes (and this may be stretching it). I was in complete " "wow" mode!! And then THE PRICE....that one was another "WOW!" (but emphasis with CAPS this time) - as it doesn't compare to anyone else!. I couldn't say enough THANK YOU'S...FARES and crew are not of this earth! Amazing all around. I will definitely be coming back time and time again! I haven't written a review in a while so i'm a little rusty...but this deserves high props! ~~~~~~~~~~ A little background as to how i came to find my favorite shop. I had an A4 previous to my VW Jetta that was running out of mileage on the warranty limit. It was going to start costing me an "arm and a leg" to fix stuff. So i searched YELP and found big reviews for this place above all others. Still not convinced, one day I called them and asked them about a nagging issue I had with the A4...from the description I gave them, FARES explained to me what it could be; which coincidentally I had the print out of the dealer service with the same diagnosis with DEALER PRICES.... He told me to bring it in, but I decided to trade it in for a Jetta instead baring all future headaches. When the Jetta needed maintenance for the 40K mile service it was out of pocket and the dealer was charging me 'arm and leg' rates again. So this time i decided to bring it to Fares and crew and they had done it for far less. I took my chances and could not agree with the YELP Community on this great recommendation!
