It's hard to explain how amazing this place is. I have taken my VW to many places including the dealership. Never have I gotten the customer service I received here. I was amazed at the knowledge Sean and his team have there, they explained everything to me and showed me exactly what was needed and what they where doing. They are very fair and most of all honest. When my car was finished it was like driving a brand new car. I will now be bringing my car here for all its needs.

I have taken my Audi several different places, however the guys at European Auto Hause have proven to do an excellent job, and at a reasonable price. Sean and Fares provide a great customer, and they are honest, which is always hard to find when it comes to auto repair. I highly recommend this shop for all of your VW and Audi needs.

I don't even know where to begin. I had been taking my Audi to another mechanic for years and the problems would never get resolved - there was always something. I was pouring money into this dealership/mechanic. I had lost hope. Then one day, I asked someone for a referral and was sent me to Fares. The oil leak got fixed right away and for a third of the price. You're in and out, they get the job done right the first time, and with a smile. I used to have the worst anxiety going to my previous mechanic. Fares and Sean have restored my faith in this business. Thank you for your honesty and hard work at running your business. I always feel good leaving your shop.

excellent and fast friendly service. keep up the good work. prices are reasonable, considering the how much the dealer will charge you. i have not had any issues with my audi's so far, so it is safe to say, they did an awesome job!

This is my first review of this establishment. First of many I'm hoping! Let me just preface that while I don't rely on the reviews on Yelp, I do still read them all, especially the ones with lower starred reviews. However, I am VERY HAPPY with the service I received going here recently (yesterday as a matter of fact).. I needed an oil change and a check up on my coolant tank as well as a check engine light for my 2003 VW Jetta GLS 2.0 that the VW DEALERSHIP has "attempted" to fix TWICE in the past, but never gave me a full explanation on why it was on. I called EAH VERY last minute hoping they could take a look at my car. FYI it was a MONDAY and a typically busy day for most repair shops so I was really reaching for a unicorn. However, I spoke with Shawn (sorry if I spelled that wrong) and even though they were very busy and usually take appointments only, he still made time to fit me in. I work 2 jobs so I don't get much time off to leave my car anywhere. My window of opportunity is very small for personal errands. Since I was a first time customer, he was VERY accommodating. So I dropped my hooptie off and hoped for the best. EAH did a full diagnostic on my car and called me prior to proceeding with any work before my approval. I won't lie, the cost of fully repairing my car is far out of my budget. For everyone that complains about cost, just remember, it's a car, not a Schwinn bike. I asked them to do a few things that I knew I needed done and within my current budget. I WILL, however, schedule other repairs in the near future when I can but ONLY with European Auto Hause. They specialize on European cars and I trust that they use the same equipment as well as quality materials that my dealership likes to rip me off on. As far as Customer Service....10 stars. NICEST people I've met in a long long time. Do I recommend them? Absolutely. But don't ask me....go see for yourself. Also, pay cash....trust me. Thank you again to the staff. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Took my wife's car in for service without an appointment and they not only made time for me, but the service was painless and perfect. Couldn't ask for an easier transaction and they did a great job. Highly recommended for your Audi in the Pasadena area.

My 2011 Audi A-4 (titanium package approx. 60 k miles) needed some immediate work (broken bushings and brakes). After reviewing the positive remarks on Yelp (and reviewing the local Better Business Bureau), I decided to take my car in for the repairs. I met Ferris and he was a TRUE professional. He was Courteous and extremely knowledgeable about my specific auto repair issues and made it easy for me to understand. Ferris delivered the vehicle fully repaired and on schedule!! The workmanship was of the highest caliber and the rate was reasonable (far less than Audi$$). I found my permanent Audi "technician" at European Auto Hause. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for "quality" European Auto repair.

There's a reason they have 5 stars! I have a 2007 VW Jetta and I bought it at a used car lot in Pasadena back in November of 2014. My car has had multiple problems due to the ignorance of the people who sold it to me, BUT European Auto Hause saved me thousands of dollars worth of maintenance to my car. They were able to identify the problem within an hour of dropping my car off and they completely broke costs down for me so I knew exactly what was going to happen. I was going on a road trip to Colorado so I needed my car in tip top shape before I left. They were very honest and completely explained to me the problems and how they fixed them! There's no way I will go to anyone else for my car problems! As we all know, these European parts are expensive but I trust the men who work here! Sean and Fares are awesome! They also wash your car for you which I find to be amazing!! Keep up the awesome work guys!

This is a great place to get your Audi worked on. They have fair prices and tell you exactly what needs to be done and what the problems are. This is one of the very few places I trust with my A8. Ask for Farris.
