Here's yet another review that's waaaaaaaay overdue on my part. I can't find enough superlatives to describe the service that I've consistently received from European Auto Hause - fantastic, amazing, a Godsend ...no words would adequately sum up the way that Fares, Sean & their staff have helped preserve both my car & my sanity over the past few years: ______________ + I drive an '06 Audi A4 that was handed down to me from my Mom. I love this car dearly, and it's been a major part of my life for many a road trip, countless music festivals, nights out on the town, my first actual relationship, etc. Basically, I treat this car like it's an extension of myself - and I do everything that I can to make sure that my vehicle remains in tip-top shape. Unfortunately, this commitment to keeping my car in working order does lead to a pretty heavy strain on my wallet. I've been quoted at $165+ for a simple oil change from more than one Audi dealership! (The rule-of-thumb rings true - after you're bought your car and driven it off of the dealership lot, don't ever plan on going back!) That being said, I found myself in search of an alternative means of keeping my car running healthily & happily... ______________ + I was initially recommended to Fares & Sean via my cousin, who said that the guys at European Auto Hause helped him preserve the lifespan of his breakdown-prone A6 for just about as long as they possibly could've. Given this endorsement - coupled with European Auto Hause's sterling reputation here on Yelp - I've had zero stress about entrusting my car to their shop on many occasions. My faith in them hasn't gone unrewarded, as these guys consistently know how to deliver results. + Some time ago (maybe a year to a year & a half), I began noticing that my A4 was inexplicably leaking oil, leaving small puddles whenever it was parked for more than a few hours. I took the vehicle in to Fares, who diagnosed the problem as the result of a broken vacuum pump & a trio of damaged engine mounts. A few visits later (and at a cost that totaled up somewhere between 1/2 to 2/3 of the estimates that I had been receiving elsewhere), and I can now say that my car is running much smoother & more responsively at 102,000+ miles than it was at 85-90K! With any luck, I hope that my trusty Audi continues to roll on well into the future (*knock on wood*), thanks to the help of these well-trained, thorough, and honest techs. Again, the staff here really takes the extra step to ensure that customers' needs are not only met, but thoroughly exceeded. On one occasion, I asked Fares if he had the time to diagnose the source of some squeaky sounds coming from the backseat of my car. He pointed out the particular parts of the seat that were causing the problem, and even went so far as to repair the parts - free of charge! This shows the level of genuine concern and care that the European Auto Hause staff exhibits in their daily business. _______________ European Auto Hause didn't get its 5-star average on Yelp by some sort of fluke. These guys know the ins and outs of VWs and Audis like I know the ins and outs of the menu at Curry House. I will gladly journey from the Westside all the way to Pasadena any day just to do business here. A well-deserved 5 stars!

Thank you Fares and everyone at the shop. I've been taking my A3 wagon for service since 2012. Luckily I've had not had major problems with my Audi. I'm confident it has to do with the regular maintenance that gets done at the shop. The price for oil change brakes etc. is reasonable.

Awesome service! The dealer wanted to charge us almost 1700 usd for front brakes and we paid less than 700 usd for front and back brakes. The owner was so nice, honest and quick. Will definitely go back :)

This place really went the extra mile. I recently crashed my 2012 VW GLI into a Fiat 500 which resulted in extensive damage to my rear wheel and suspension, no body damage. On visual inspection the damage looked to be isolated to the lower control arm. Boy was I wrong. Sean, the Lead Technician(?), put some serious attention into repairing my car. It was almost like he was repairing his own car. I was skeptical as to why he was so loving to my car but I am glad to say it wasn't a dog and pony show. In the end Sean inspected and found something wrong with virtually the entire rear suspension and rear wheel/tire. He worked directly with my insurance company and involved me in all important decisions. I never had to contact Sean. He would always beat me to the punch with update phone calls and status checks. He was very knowledgeable about the insurance claim process and patient in explaining it to me. Unrelated to the accident, Sean also did an overall check of my car and found two VW recall items. My intake manifold, ignition coil and steering wheel clock spring were all replaced under warranty. I don't know if he'll be able to find a similar situation for your car but I can assure you he'll definitely look into it. I've dealt with car repair facilities before with very little hope for excellent customer service. I can tell you confidently this place sets the bar high in the automotive industry. Take your car to European Auto Hause, you won't regret it. I'm going back for a clutch replacement in a couple weeks. Cheers!

I just wanted to write a quick 5 star update for a past experience before they return my car back from it's current experience, and I update again with what I'm sure will be another glowing review. About a year ago something in my car was wigging out. Again, I know next to nothing about my car (although after this current issue, I know I should check the oil more often) but I love it dearly, and respect and appreciate all the courtesy European Auto Hause has thus far given me. I took it in, and they took a poke around and gave me a call back that it was the spark plug(?) fuse box(?) (do cars have fuse boxes....?) Anyway, something was damaged and needed to be replaced which they did for me day of. Flash forward to a few months ago, I'm driving up the 5 coming home from work late at night in Anaheim, and I swear my dashboard light is getting dimmer. I chalk it up to a trick of my brain, and keep on driving. On the 210 sh*t starts to get real. For sure now I can tell my dashboard is super dim, and my radio is flickering and no longer playing the music hooked up through my iPhone. I decide to play it safe and merge over into the slow lane when suddenly all the lights on my dash go dark. I pull over to the side, turn the car off and try to restart it --- nothing. The lights just go crazy blinking and the engine won't turn over (I think that's a phrase that's correct) Anyway, after a very long story concerning a full bladder, a tow truck, and a 7-11 that was just a bit too far away, I was able to take it into Fares to get it looked at and evaluated the next morning. After I brought it in, they offered me a complimentary ride home (which I declined because it's so close to a metro stop and I had a couple of errands around the area anyway) and were able to call me with the issues later that day. Unfortunately, my alternator died, and in doing so, drained or damaged my battery and destroyed the relatively new fuse box (? I really have no idea what it's called). So Fares explained to me over the phone what the charges were going to be and why. When I came in to pick it up, he mentioned that he noticed they had just changed that box thing a few months back, so he replaced it for free. TALK ABOUT AMAZING SERVICE! (He also let me keep the old fried one cuz I asked for it... not sure why I wanted it, and not sure where it even is anymore, but thanks for letting me keep it all the same!) I was so worried about how much it would cost me, but everything I've gotten fixed at European Auto Hause has been priced very reasonably. ESPECIALLY for a starving actor in a 12 year old car. So thank you from the bottom of my heart European Auto Hause -- I love my car so much, and don't know what I'd have done without you guys! I look forward to getting my car back in beautiful tip top, ship shape condition, and being able to update again with another phenomenal review about you guys!

Amazing Service... they checked my Audi b6 A4 out for any problems or future problems. Also the workers there are really chill and caring! If you have any problems make sure you go to Sean, he takes good care of everyone!

I have been taking my Audis to EAH (formerly Independent Audi) for the past 8 years and have received the absolute best service. Not only do they do a clean and thorough job, but Fares is the kindest and most honest man in the business. It is rare to find such service; he does his best to satisfy his customers every time! I have been very impressed with the quality of work and the fair prices. I highly recommend Fares and EAH to those interested in top of the line service for their car needs.

After reading the good reviews on Yelp I was pleasantly surprised to see EAH live up to their reputation. Brought my Audi A4 in for maintenance/service. EAH was as thorough as my Audi dealership and a lot cheaper. Great customer service! My car was done earlier than they said it would be and they washed and vacuumed it. Really impressed! Great service guys. Keep up the fantastic work!

It's hard to explain how amazing this place is. I have taken my VW to many places including the dealership. Never have I gotten the customer service I received here. I was amazed at the knowledge Sean and his team have there, they explained everything to me and showed me exactly what was needed and what they where doing. They are very fair and most of all honest. When my car was finished it was like driving a brand new car. I will now be bringing my car here for all its needs.

I have taken my Audi several different places, however the guys at European Auto Hause have proven to do an excellent job, and at a reasonable price. Sean and Fares provide a great customer, and they are honest, which is always hard to find when it comes to auto repair. I highly recommend this shop for all of your VW and Audi needs.
