I brought my wife's jetta in for an abs light that came on. Fares was very patient and informative from the beginning. I was bummed to hear that an expensive component of the abs system needed to be replaced. Fares contacted our extended warranty company and i was pleasently surprised to hear that not only was our warranty still valid ,but they would be covering the abs computer(I think) AND a bushing that needed replacing as well! Point being, Fares took the extra step that most shops wouldn't in order to provide me with the best customer service possible. Paula was also very pleasent to deal with in the office. I will definitely be taking our car to EAH for maintenance and/or any other issue. Take your car to this shop I tell ya!!

I am so impressed with the quality of service, the expertise and over all friendliness of European Auto Haus. Most car maintenance shops have a stigma of being shady and dishonest. Not EHA...they are true professionals!

THE LAST HONEST AUTO SHOP, BRING YOUR VW/AUDI HERE! I was tired of getting ripped off by VW of Pasadena, I brought my Passat Diesel here and have had no "irregular" repairs ever since and my car has run great! There's a reason they have great reviews, they are honest and do GREAT work, thank you Fares and crew!

I purchased a 2001 VW Passat from a friend last month, and Fares at European Auto Hause (EAH) made the entire process feel secure and smooth. I have only had Hondas for the past 20 years, but when my Civic was stolen I suddenly needed another car rather quickly. I felt reticent about moving from a Honda to a potentially more finicky brand of car (needing a lot of expensive care)--especially with my limited budget. So I asked around for recommendations of VW mechanics, and Fares' name kept coming up. "Don't go anywhere else", said my VW-driving neighbor when I asked him. So here's what I did. I called Fares and explained my situation, and had EAH do a thorough pre-sale inspection of the car for $150.00 or so. I ended up purchasing the car, and I am so glad I did, but as a single father on limited income I was not without trepidation at each step. I encourage anyone looking for a VW specialist (or Audi, etc.) to proceed with caution at each step. You'll notice like I did that the mechanics' shop is IMMACULATELY CLEAN. And Fares did much more than sell me a one-off inspection, pre-sale. He patiently spent time on two substantial phone calls, explaining how much he would pay for the car if he were the buyer, and exactly how much the first year would likely cost. So I went into the deal knowing and able to factor the cost of immediately-needed repairs into my purchasing price. I felt entirely secure. But if I can explain my 5-star review in one, concise symbol it would be my experience picking the car up. Fares spent a lot of time answering lots of questions, and when I asked him how the techtronic-transmission was supposed to work he said "jump in!", and took me for a substantial test-drive, teaching me not only how to use the optional transmission feature but also explaining a lot I didn't even think to ask about how to take optimal care of the Passat i was increasingly proud to be driving. Honesty, integrity, every word as clean and respectful as his truly beautiful work place, I cannot imagine making this transition so easily without Fares and his colleagues at EAH. HIGHLY recommended.

Front passenger window regulator went out. Went to see EAH. Fares took the time to explain in detail why it needed to be replaced. When I dropped off the A8L Fares showed me the new regulator and all the parts ordered. Again, explained what was failing with the old regulator. You have to realize not many business owners understand the importance of not only doing good work but that the customer understands what is being done and why and give them that peace of mind. Fares gets this. Vehicle was ready in time promised. They go above and beyond here...the A8L was washed and a new windshield wiper was put on at no additional cost (lost it in a car wash). If your in the Pasadena area they offer a ride home/office. I am a bit further away so I uber...it is worth it.

6 years ago was my last review and it's time for an update. I stopped by for a basic maintenance and again the service from Fares and his team were exceptional. I keep wanting to sell my car since the mileage is adding up, but as long as this place is around, I don't have to worry about anything. The reviews from fellow yelpers are all you need to know. Thanks for the help Fares!

Friendliest and most honest shop you can find. Don't bother going to any other place. Talk to Fares, he's the man.

Why would anyone go to an audi dealer in LA when Fares is in town. This shop has always provides the best service at the best prices. I've got both my audis serviced here. No BS just straightforward and honest people, you won't get the pushy 'you need to get this done right away or your car will break apart on the freeway' type of nonsense. Will continue bringing my cars in.
