Ever since I found European Autohaus I won't take my VW anywhere else. Fares is straight up good guy. Dealership told me I needed all this work, he instructed me on how it wasn't necessary at the time so I won't be overspending on minimal things. Prices are fair and reasonable. This is an A+ shop with reliability and knowledge.

These guys made my 2006 Audi A6 Avant 3.0 run like a dream when it was puttering like a little toy car. Before: air suspension wonky, hatch back incapable of raising itself up or closing, rear window wiper destroyed, fuel regulation unsteady. Now: Cushy as a brand new car, hatch is smoothly operating, acceleration (in sport especially!) worthy of it's A6 3.0 badge and I can even clean my back window. Thank you Sean and Farras, for your patience, fairness and overall good vibes. Also, Paula is charming and helpful. It's hard to find a good mechanic, much harder to find a great mechanic. The people at European Auto Hause go beyond great.

This is overdue as I have come here at least 5+ times over the past few years. Used to be just for regular maintainable, but I guess my A4 is getting old so now having not so regular work done. All my service has been great and affordable when compared to the dealer. I haven't had a job done yet that has required me to leave overnight which is great since I no longer live in Pasadena. It was worth the 25 mi tow the last time my car decided to act up (thank you AAA). Fares is super friendly and honest from my experience. We even started bringing my wife's car (VW) and this has also went well. One time they even recommended taking to the dealer instead because the work needed was covered under warranty which shows the honest nature. Well I am here waiting for my pickup to go to work, so we will see how this experience goes, but I am sure it will be fine. Side note, during regular business hours they do offer local drop off and pick up which is great.

This is the kind of business you want to visit. first you are welcome like a guest in a luxury dearlership....no waiting. second, they cover your seat with plastic and paper mats and your car gets moved out of the way. They specialize on VW and Audi. You tell them something and immediately understand what it is. Is hard to find and believe that this kind of shops still exist where you can get an very honest diagnostic without feeling that you are being taken advantage of. They do care about you and your car, and Fares will go the extra step to make sure you leave the shop with a smile in your face....and something else....the prices are not stratospheric....Fares has the best value out there for the kind of knowledge he has to what he charges. I have been to EAH couple of times now and I think it's time to write my first review on Yelp. They just performed 55k mile service on my Audi A6, check engine light. They also did a THOROUGH inspection. How I know? Because they found the engine mount leaked that is located under the engine. Fares called and explained to me the cause of check engine light and the bad motor mount before they perform any works on my car. When I arrived to pick my car up Fares even showed me how bad my mount was. Upon check out, price was as quoted without any surprises. My car runs like a champ now again and the annoying vibration was taken cared of after mount replacement. Highly recommend.

We had our Audi fixed here over all good experience. It was very pricy but it runs great now. The only issue I had was that the guy who gave the car back to my fiancée said "we could have just done this and this to fix it". It made him very upset as we had just spent thousands to repair what was wrong. They will give you the old part of you ask. They took good care of the car however their bedside manner could have been better.

Just had my 35k service for my Audi A5. I can't say enough good things about Fares and his staff. This is how customer service is done. Thanks again guys

I brought my wife's jetta in for an abs light that came on. Fares was very patient and informative from the beginning. I was bummed to hear that an expensive component of the abs system needed to be replaced. Fares contacted our extended warranty company and i was pleasently surprised to hear that not only was our warranty still valid ,but they would be covering the abs computer(I think) AND a bushing that needed replacing as well! Point being, Fares took the extra step that most shops wouldn't in order to provide me with the best customer service possible. Paula was also very pleasent to deal with in the office. I will definitely be taking our car to EAH for maintenance and/or any other issue. Take your car to this shop I tell ya!!
