I came here for a 55k scheduled maintenance on my Audi A5, which is basically an oil change, air filter replacements, tire rotation, and full inspection. As a guy who obsesses over his car, I settle for nothing but the best. After considerable research and phone calls to different shops, I decided to come to EAH. I made an appointment and was in and out within a few hours. I was very satisfied with their customer care, prompt service, and reasonable prices. Came out to $350 out the door. Plus, they use genuine Audi parts. (For the same service, Rusnak Audi Pasadena charges double (~$600); and the Audi stealership in Beverly Hills wanted to charge me about a grand!) All in all, you can feel confident about bringing your Audi to EAH. Ask for Fares; he'll take good care of you.

Manufacturer recommended maintenance plus a new battery and installation was still cheaper than what the maintenance alone would have cost at the dealer - you can't beat that! I made an appointment the day before, dropped my car off, then picked it up ready to go only a few hours later. Quick service at a reasonable price from a knowledgeable staff, and they even took the care to wash and clean the car before returning it. Good to know that I have a great shop to bring my Volkswagen back to in the future.

I bounced around between several VW/Audi shops before I went to European Auto Hause and now they're the only place I take my 2005 Jetta. I've taken it there several times now after they correctly diagnosed and fixed a problem other shops hadn't been able to resolve. Every time they give me clear & accurate estimates before performing any work. They patiently answer all of my questions (and I ask a lot). And they give detailed recommendations when they discover a part that is worn out or will soon be worn out. They've always been able to take my car within a day or two of me calling. They also go above-and-beyond. The last time my car was being worked on, in additional to fixing all of the issues I'd asked them to look into, they also fixed a squeaky tough-to close door. I didn't even notice until I got home and realized that all of the sudden the drivers door made no noise and closed much, much smoother. If you've got a VW/Audi I wouldn't even consider taking it anywhere else.

Fares, Sean and crew are the most professional, courteous and knowledgeable when it comes to your Audi. There's no other place I'd take my A5, not even the dealership. Their ratings speak for themselves. I'm just reviewing this business because I've been bringing my car here since 2012 and always leave this place with peace of mind. Ever since I found European Autohaus I won't take my VW anywhere else. Fares is straight up good guy. Dealership told me I needed all this work, he instructed me on how it wasn't necessary at the time so I won't be overspending on minimal things. Prices are fair and reasonable. This is an A+ shop with reliability and knowledge.

These guys made my 2006 Audi A6 Avant 3.0 run like a dream when it was puttering like a little toy car. Before: air suspension wonky, hatch back incapable of raising itself up or closing, rear window wiper destroyed, fuel regulation unsteady. Now: Cushy as a brand new car, hatch is smoothly operating, acceleration (in sport especially!) worthy of it's A6 3.0 badge and I can even clean my back window. Thank you Sean and Farras, for your patience, fairness and overall good vibes. Also, Paula is charming and helpful. It's hard to find a good mechanic, much harder to find a great mechanic. The people at European Auto Hause go beyond great.

This is overdue as I have come here at least 5+ times over the past few years. Used to be just for regular maintainable, but I guess my A4 is getting old so now having not so regular work done. All my service has been great and affordable when compared to the dealer. I haven't had a job done yet that has required me to leave overnight which is great since I no longer live in Pasadena. It was worth the 25 mi tow the last time my car decided to act up (thank you AAA). Fares is super friendly and honest from my experience. We even started bringing my wife's car (VW) and this has also went well. One time they even recommended taking to the dealer instead because the work needed was covered under warranty which shows the honest nature. Well I am here waiting for my pickup to go to work, so we will see how this experience goes, but I am sure it will be fine. Side note, during regular business hours they do offer local drop off and pick up which is great.
