Seriously the best place in the area to take your Audi. Purchased a new key from the dealer, and they wanted to charge an arm and a leg to program it for me on top of the purchase price. Along with that, they said they needed to keep the car for a few hours in order to do so. Found European Auto Hause on Yelp, spoke to the owner Fares, and set-up a time to bring the car in on a Friday afternoon. He let me know it was going to take about an hour, but I was out of there within 25 minutes, new key in hand. Also saved me a large amount of money! Awesome service, and super friendly staff. I will be bringing my car her for any maintenance moving forward, no questions asked!

I recently purchased my first Audi S4, I figured I would be ok buying a used car with a warranty to have peace of mind. It has been a constant struggle trying to get my warranty to cover the problems that I have encountered with this car. Worst warranty I have ever dealt with. 1st US Auto protect was given me the run around claiming that the problems that were going on with my car were all pre existing according to them, stay away from this warranty. So doing research I stumbled on Yelp for an affordable Experienced Audi Mechnic and I found European Auto Hause. Thinking that all work that needed to be to my car was going to come out of pocket. So I called EAH and asked for an estimate on my repairs, this was without my warranty, being that they left me out cold not wanting to cover anything. So I asked to speak to Fares and explain my problem to him, he gave me the estimate on how much it would cost if I would pay out pocket his estimate paying out pocket was very reasonable, but wait he said if you have warranty I could call the warranty and have them cover the cost. Said and done he got the warranty to cover repairs for my car, Fares and his staff went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you great place to bring car.

I don't doubt that the staff at European Auto Hause have the chops to do great work for a european car. My experience was just uncomfortable from a customer service standpoint. I'm a female who knows nothing about cars. I brought in my vehicle for a diagnosis because the engine was misfiring. When I was told I would need to put about $5K into my car repairs and shamed for not taking better care of it, I just felt really, really bad. And this was over the phone, so when I returned to pick up the car I was told that I was putting my car and my life in danger, I felt even worse. I would have felt better if I'd not been shamed and least given some better suggestions on what to do in the meantime. Yeah, I have an Audi, but that doesn't mean I'm made of money.

Woke up this morning to the sound of my beautiful engine without that loud chirping noise! Thank you Sean for your quick replies through yelp and to Fares for the phone updates and excellent service! Very knowledgable staff, will be back next month to finish my recommendation repairs!

Big thanks to Fares! For even the little things are met with great attention to detail. Inquired about a replacement for a license plate bulb that had burnt out and Fares said just bring the car in, he'll take care of it free of charge. Awesome friendly service! Highly recommended!

Honest, friendly, knowledgeable, and up-front. These are the top qualities I look for in a mechanic. And these are the qualities you'll find at European Auto Hause. I came here for a 55k scheduled maintenance on my Audi A5, which is basically an oil change, air filter replacements, tire rotation, and full inspection. As a guy who obsesses over his car, I settle for nothing but the best. After considerable research and phone calls to different shops, I decided to come to EAH. I made an appointment and was in and out within a few hours. I was very satisfied with their customer care, prompt service, and reasonable prices. Came out to $350 out the door. Plus, they use genuine Audi parts. (For the same service, Rusnak Audi Pasadena charges double (~$600); and the Audi stealership in Beverly Hills wanted to charge me about a grand!) All in all, you can feel confident about bringing your Audi to EAH. Ask for Fares; he'll take good care of you.

There is a big comfort level and they provide reassurance that my car is in good hands. Whenever I pick up my car it feels like that day when I drove it off of the lot. Manufacturer recommended maintenance plus a new battery and installation was still cheaper than what the maintenance alone would have cost at the dealer - you can't beat that! I made an appointment the day before, dropped my car off, then picked it up ready to go only a few hours later. Quick service at a reasonable price from a knowledgeable staff, and they even took the care to wash and clean the car before returning it. Good to know that I have a great shop to bring my Volkswagen back to in the future.
