If you want your car done right, you must come see Sean and the great team working out at European Auto Hause in Pasadena. I recently took my husband's car an Audi A6 for a routine maintenance along with some extra services that the car was in need of. The pricing is absolutely fair and for the high quality of work you get is unmatched unlike other car dealerships and european car shops that try to rip you off. In addition, Sean & Team worked meticulously to try to figure out an issue with the car that has plagued us for the past year. Anytime the car drove over uneven surfaces and turned in some instances the car would make grinding issues. We took it to a few shops, but they could never determine the source of the problem. Sean went above and beyond to not only determine the issue, but to fix the problem. It literally took them 6 hours of testing and trying different scenarios before they fixed it and they were kind enough to not even charge me due to all the work I was having them do for us. This is a testament to the type of service and dedication you will experience here. If you have a European car and want to have the absolute best service with the most knowledgeable team in the business look no further.

Fares truly is the best. I had taken my Audi into someone else (prestigious and fancy in Pasadena. Rusnak, you know them) and was told it would cost over $800 for my brake light to be fixed. Looking for an alternative solution, I fond Fares. He said it was a question of wiring. Simple fix. No charge. NO CHARGE. He has my business for the rest of my Audi's life, and probably mine.

I took my Audi A3 to EAH for service a couple of years ago after my extended warranty with the Audi dealer ran out and since then I am happy to say that I have been a loyal customer of this great shop. The main reason is really one guy there and that's Fares the manager and chief mechanic. He and his crew at EAH know how to fix just about anything with Audis and VWs for a reasonable price that has saved me a great deal of money compared to the Audi dealer in Pasadena. From simple maintenance (like oil change, ignition coils, battery replacement, etc) to more complex engine repair (like replacing my faulty intake manifold and cleaning the carbon deposits in my intake valves) Fares has come through for me every time. If the repair will take long Fares has always asked one of his guys to drop me off at work and pick me back up at my convenience. He has also done small things on my car quickly and without charge, like installing a new engine mount, topping off my fluids, replacing my battery. In summary Fares knows what "service" is all about and is one of the nicest and most honest mechanics I have ever had the pleasure to come accross in my 40 years of being a car owner. I will not take my Audi anywhere else. I know that now because I had to take it to another shop when it broke down and would not start. The bad repairs they did resulted in work that needed to be redone by Faris. If you want top quality repairs and OEM parts for your Audi, along with friendly people you can trust, come here. After having several mediocre service experiences with our local Audi Dealership I found European Auto Hause on Yelp and asked for a quote for a significant amount of work recommended by the dealer. Their quote was nearly $700 cheaper (off of the dealer quote of $2,800) including one item that didn't even need repair. Sean and everyone I dealt with was completely professional and did the work in just a few hours. I could t be happier or recommend them more highly. I will be taking both of my Audi's to them from now on.
