Pasadena Audi and Volkswagen Repair

I'll start by saying that I'm hard to please when it comes to my car. But this place is amazing. It's the best car repair shop I've ever been to. I've been going here for two years now, and have always been impressed by their knowledge, attention to detail, and concern for the needs of the customer. Also, everyone is very friendly and professional. Most important, the work they do is of the highest quality. They have even taken care of small issues and not even charged me for it. I highly recommended this shop.

We came here for our Audi SQ5's 45,000 maintenance via Yelp as the reviews were super solid. Prices are very competitive here and the service was awesome. I had some questions and Fares was really patient about answering them. Fares was super helpful and even mentioned two areas on my vehicle that needed repair as the factor warranty was about to expire. We'll definitely be back with our Audis! Thanks Fares!

I have gotten 2 services here and my water pump fixed now. This is as good as it gets as far as car repair places go IMO. If you have an Audi or VW, I cannot recommend Fares and his team any higher.

I never take time to write a review do to having a busy schedule, but made time today because of the AMAZING service I was given. I drove my Audi A5 to the European Auto shop after reading all the Yelp reviews. All the while all the horror stories of women being taken advantage of ran through my head, I left my car to have its monthly service and brakes done, I received a call from Fares just to give me status on how the job was coming along and to give me advice that i will need tires soon. He did not want to sell me tires but was letting me know for safety, I appreciated the advice because i never check my tires. My car was repaired on a timely fashion, washed and the cost was a fraction of what the dealership would of charged!!! My car is running better than ever it purrs! The professional and transparency of the staff is fantastic! I will never take my car anywhere else. Faras, Thank you, Thank you,Thank you!

I brought my R8 Spyder to European Auto Hause to have an aftermarket exhaust installed. Fares and staff were professional and friendly throughout the process and were able to get my exhaust installed in a timely fashion. They even obliged my request to take some pictures of the installation process for my records.

There is a reason for their 5 stars rating - utmost honest and professional service while still giving you "friends/family" care! I have gone to these guys since I got my Audi (over a year now), that's a story in it itself - however I am so happy to have found them. They have helped me in multiple occasions with my car, oil leak, oil change, flat tire, etc. These guys knows their stuff! I won't be going anywhere else!! Thanks Fares and team !

Seriously the best place in the are to take your Audi. Just received my 2009 Audi TT after having it in for engine repairs, less than a week later and its back up and running like a champ. Everyone was very professional, courteous, and transparent. The experience was amazing. Fares does fantastic work, simply the best mechanic for Audi in Pasadena. He even was able to clear my service light for me as well. The car looked amazing upon arrival. Thanks European Auto Hause for doing a phenomenal job with my Audi TT. I recommend him for all Audi Owners!!

I brought our VW Tiguan to the shop for a routine oil change and some minor fixes -- rear lights, new key battery. It turns out it was also past due for a major maintenance service. Everything was explained to me ahead of time, along with an estimate, and they even drove me home so I didn't need to wait. The best part was getting the car back. Not only was the car washed and clean, but they also took the time to clean the inside, including the mats and windows! My son is a very happy camper! Wonderful customer service!

Went here for the first time and I was very pleased with the customer service!! Phenomenal people to talk to and very kind. Hands down will recommend this place to anyone.
