I went here because of a friends recommendation. I had my check engine light appear on my VW and I've done pretty much everything and I don't see anything wrong with it. When I run the diagnostic it was pointing at the gas cap, but every time I reset it the light come back on. So I finally decide to take it to the professional just to be sure that I'm not missing anything. I called and made an appointment. It was so easy and the person on the other line was very helpful. I made an appointment for the next day. As soon as I got there I was greeted by one of their mechanics and explained to me what they were going to do. A few minutes after, the lead mechanic went and talked to me. He explained everything to me and was straight to the point without any other hoopla's. Apparently it was the gas cap so I just decided to have them replace the gas cap. It only cost me less than $150 dollars with the diagnostic and the gas cap. That's pretty cheap compare to taking your car to the dealership which will cost you an arm or a leg. I highly recommend this place. They are experts when it comes to Audi and VW.

I'm a picky person when it comes to letting someone else handle my vehicles, After my first visit for a few repairs (Front left and right upper control arm bushings, CV Boot replacement, oil change, filter change) that needed to be done to my RS4 they've definitely made a great first impression. Everything was handled within three days and Fares even fixed the control module on my front left headlight that he had found needed replacing. Great shop and I'll definitely be returning in the future. Extremely happy.

Long overdue review been coming to European auto for over two years I have a Audi a8l have got the car tuned up here oil changes ball joints break jobs! Fares is very fair and honest Man I would recommend to anyone

Fares and Sean are extraordinary mechanics and offer the best in service and attention to your Audi. When I went in with a bad miss in my wife's A3, they found a bad coil and said they could fix it, but pointed out that as the car was still in warranty, I could take it to Rusnak and get repairs for no charge. They even told me who to contact at Rusnak. For me, this is as good as it gets for honesty and helpfulness. We will take them our business as long as we have the Audi. I know it's very, very difficult to maintain a 5 Stars Yelp rating especially with over 200 reviews- there are very few businesses that can actually achieve this. Now I understand how this place does it. They go above and beyond what you expect. I have an Audi A7 and have always taken it to the dealer since I bought it. But this particular time, the dealer quoted me six thousand dollars to replace some tires, fix an oil vacuum pump, replace upper and lower bearings on the suspension & put on some rear brake pads and rotors. I've never questioned them about pricing in the past, but I felt six thousand dollars was a bit ridiculous. The dealer did the suspension portion before I could cancel the job but I told them to hold off on the rest of the work. I called Fares and he patiently explained everything to me and I decided to do the vacuum pump, the rear brake and rotors for half the price of the dealer. I'm so glad I found him! He did an amazing job from start to finish. After they fix your car, they deliver it washed and clean for you. Unfortunately this time, the car wash place they use, damaged my rims by applying an ointment that dulled the shine on my black rims. I noticed the damage when I got home and returned to Fares and brought it to his attention. In the past, I've dealt with businesses that ignore you after they have your money or do not properly acknowledge problems when they arise. There are business owners that do not handle problems well or take responsibility for mistakes. Fares acknowledged my damaged rims and had them sent out to get fixed. All I was expecting was my rims to be polished to the areas where the damage occurred. However, Fares made them brand new. I was shocked because this was way beyond my expectations. Here they do amazing work and keep their customers happy. I felt valued here during the entire process. Thank you Fares!

I was recently in the market for a new Audi repair shop now that my 2009 Audi A4 was out of warranty and I am so happy I found European Auto Hause! They were very professional, knowledgeable and honest. They use all Audi certified parts and the cost was very reasonable as well. I would highly recommend to anyone in the Pasadena/San Gabriel Valley area looking for a great place to service your Audi!

I have been coming to European Auto Hause to care for my Audi A5 since 2014. They have done every oil change and all of my maintenance. I never worry when something goes wrong with my car, because I completely trust that European Auto Hause will get to the bottom of the issue and resolve it for me quickly and professionally. They are thoughtful in their suggestions and aren't pushy in any way. They clearly communicate and keep me in the loop on any updates and/or new information. I bought a 2008 RS4 from Washington. Didn't realize it needed so much work. I should've done a PPI on it and thinking it only needed a major service. Sean took a look at it and told me the good news there's nothing major, except for a whole laundry list of items that needed fixed with it. Car parts for this car is extremely expensive but Sean took excellent excellent car of me and the car and fixed everything deemed needing fixing. These guys are geniuses and know their stuff. Now the car runs like new. I'm not letting anyone else touch this car and any other Audi I get except for European Auto Hause. Extremely satisfied with their work, service and communication. This place is excellent and they are honest and straightforward. I send my mom here also because she gets feels so comfortable dealing with the owner, Fares. He is personable and completely trustworthy, can't recommend this place enough. Affordable prices, first class work and they don't sell you service that you don't need.
