Pasadena Audi and Volkswagen Repair

I can't begin to explain how thankful I am to Fares and his team for fixing my car in timely and professional manner. My car has been out of warranty and when I took my car to the dealer to get diagnosed for a check engine light I was in shock when they told me it would cost me $6k to get my car fixed. Luckily I remembered that European Auto Hause was highly recommended to me so I decided to have them check out my car. I was concerned of having to deal with sleazy auto repair people but I Fares and his team were very professional and provided me with better service than I received at Rusnak. They were able fix my car for a third of the price they quoted me at Rusnak. After getting my car fixed here I now understand why this place is highly rated. I highly recommend this place to anyone that has VW or Audi that needs maintenance.

I'm writing this review a bit late. 3 years ago I had an issue with my daughter's VW CC, I was referred to Fares by a friend of mine and when I went to The European Auto Hause I found their services best & beyond what I heard about them. My daughter moved to UCSD & she had to deal with the dealer in San Diego both branches there for the entire last year gave her a hard time, and with her last visit to the dealer she was not happy at all with what they said to her. So one week ago while she was bacin Los Angeles we took this opportunity to visit Fares to have his opinion & as usual we got the service done in couple hours with a very minimal cost. Thank you Fares & your team for taking care of my daughter. This is your place for your VW car, Great service & best prices!

Amazing customer service, my vehicle overheated on me today, in a panic called EuropeanAutoHause spoke to Sean, he advised me to drive the vehicle right to his shop, he diagnosed it and found my engine cooling fans were not working, gave him the ok to replace the fans, he had one of his employees stay after hours to have my car ready cause I couldn't leave me car behind since I'm an Uber driver, my AC is colder than ever and my car is driving like new, thanks to Sean for the outstanding work and customer satisfaction. Really great people at this Audi shop.

I'll try to not make this too long, but I have to express how much I appreciate the quality, attention to detail and customer service this shop provides. After a rather bad experience at another shop much closer to home a few years back, I came back to this shop after moving away from Pasadena. I had a long standing issue that probably would've been fixed much sooner had I taken the time to have it addressed. This time around it was totally taken care of! My car needed a major service. After further inspection it was also deemed that I needed front brakes, a new fuel pump, ignition coils, timing belt, etc etc. It was a long list for my trusty car, but I wanted it back in tip top shape. Well, Sean went above and beyond and even found a very serious issue, which was the fault of the shop I went to prior to coming back to European Auto Hause. This issue, left the way it was could've put my family in danger; it was only a matter of time. He took care of it for me. I'm just dumbfounded as to how someone could've done so much damage and not cared enough to fix it when it could've caused a serious accident! European Auto Hause will always be where I take my car as long as I own an Audi, and so will my husband! Thank you so much for your wonderful service!

Great experience. Good work on 2011 vw gti

This review is long overdue so it's a bit lengthy. I used to take my VW GTI to Radi's on Sunset Blvd in Echo Park. My VW was turning into a nightmare at 80k miles and they took every opportunity to rip me off. I started looking elsewhere and found this shop through my boss. It's out of the way for me, but worth it. Right away Fares and his crew were friendlier, more experienced, more efficient, and more affordable. Radi's would claim to know the problem and then my check engine light would come on two days later. European Auto Hause finds the issue right away without wasting my time and money. They don't push unnecessary repairs on you like most shops. Honestly, the only negative thing I can say is that I've lost faith in VW cars and I'm afraid that if I trade in my car I'll have to take the new one somewhere else. Hopefully Fares and his crew will work on my next car.

Best place to take your Audi or VW or Bentley or Lamborghini... If you're so lucky.

I don't ever go online to write reviews, but when it comes to cars and how very expensive and vulnerable and ripped-off one can feel, I want to give the HUGEST shout out ever to Fares (pronounced almost like "fairest.") He fixes cars at a fair, fair, price. He knows cars. He respects the owner. I trust him and his business.
