I'm a first time Audi Owner so I was very skeptical about taking my Audi to get serviced. I called in and scheduled an appointment very quickly and the receptionist was very kind and gave me a quick quote. On the day of the appointment I was greeted when I pulled up and serviced within 3 hours. I came in for the 45k mile service but they found that my rear brakes needed to change which I suspected because I began to hear them. He also told me that I had a water pump leakage but informed me that it was still under warranty and I wouldn't have to pay for the parts if I took it to a dealership. I appreciated that. Overall it was a great and efficient experience. Thank you

Great fast turn around. I had to replace my fuel unit and the car dealership was quoting me way more then I wanted to spend. I messaged different places around the area via Yelp and they all said they had to order it and it would come a few days later. Sean from European Auto House quickly messaged me with a good price and he had the car part already so it was simple overnight stay for my car. He was super quick in responses and super helpful. If you have a Audi and you are tired of getting taken advantage at the car dealerships, I suggest you to try this place. I will definitely be coming back for any issues with my Audi.

Sean and his team have been great to work with. I am a DIY enthusiast when it comes to VW/Audi vehicles. But sometimes i don't have the proper tools or time to do the work myself. When that's the case, I trust Sean and his team of technicians to work on my cars. They have been honest with their assessments, they have provided solid advice, and they are far less expensive than taking my car to the dealer. No other independent repair shop in the San Gabriel Valley has the knowledge or the expertise to work on the German VAG cars like European Auto Haus.

Trustworthy and fair. Does great work. So great to have an auto repair shop that we can count on.

If you own an Audi I would highly recommend keeping this place on your list of mechanics. They have a no nonsense approach to estimates and pricing meaning they tell you exactly what needs to be done and don't over charge. Its definitely refreshing dealing with a mechanic that doesn't try to upsell unnecessary repairs and leave you broke by the time they're done. I would of course recommend getting other estimates until you establish a relationship with them just for your own peace of mind.

Best auto shop I've encountered in LA! I got into an accident late in the afternoon and called the owner to see if they can wait for me to get the car towed there. The owner was so friendly and stayed till 6:45pm for me. They fixed the axial super swiftly and also fixed some minor things from before. Moreover, the price is reasonable as well! I would totally recommend it to anyone who wants their car fixed fast without any worries!!

EAH is great. I'm very satisfied with their work, their pricing, and fairness. I had a check engine light in my A3. They discovered a cracked intercooler. I received a quote from the dealership that was too expensive. Upon checkout, I asked a couple questions out of curiosity and without prompt, Sean pulled the broken part from the trash to visually show me what happened. It was very satisfying to see the old parts out and replaced with new. I would recommend EAH for service!

Took my Audi A4 in for routine service, and did all the other things they "discovered" including coolant tank replacement and CV boot repair. $1200 and two week later, I get my A4 back with severe vibrating front passenger side suspension that never happened before but they couldn't figure out the problem, requiring me to go in 4 times to test drive. Alas I took the car home because they were out of ideas and going to charge me more money to troubleshoot this problem they introduced. Now I have a car that is in worse condition than before I took it in. Also that "new" coolant tank ended up having a hole and leaking 4 months later during following summer and I had to have another shop replace it with official new coolant tank. Stay away if you want to keep your car and wallet in tact.

I was back for my car's regular maintenance check up on Friday and once again, this auto shop simply did not disappoint at all. Fares, Paula and everyone were very welcoming and the service was superb. They are very competent. My car is in good hands
