I’m impressed with European Auto Hause. I’ve been taking my car there for over 6 years and their service has been excellent every time. Sean and the team are the only shop I trust to work on my car. As a car guy - someone who usually works on my own cars - it means a lot to me that they have consistently very high standards and do excellent work. Audis are complex and special cars as it is (which is why I entrust it with Sean). This particular car is very rare in the USA, it’s not something you’d trust a dealer or even most specialty shops to work on. European Auto Haus’s knowledge is extensive. Having someone who knows these cars can saves a lot of time, grief, and money because it's done right. They’re also incredibly honest, forthright, and overall very easy to work with. Highly recommended. So if you're looking for a great Audi shop that does great work with integrity and is honest, European Auto Hause is the one.

Great service, professional staff, and reasonable prices. I’ve been coming here ever since my 2007 Audi A4’s warranty expired and now I bring my 2018 Audi A4 here to be serviced. I purposely didn’t purchase AudiCare package so my car can be serviced here.

You won’t find better service.

I have brought Audis here for service for about 12 years. Fares, Sean, and the rest of the team are always making that extra effort to make things perfect. Example: My 10-year old Audi needed a new transmission. They gave me an estimate to replace with a used transmission due to the age of the car. When I went to pick up the car (as always exactly when they said it would be finished), they had found and negotiated a NEW transmission for the same price. Over the years, anytime one of my signal or brake lamps burn out, I call first then stop by and they replace it on the spot at no charge. Absolutely best service on the planet. I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for extremely knowledgable, proficient, and honest car service.
