Fantastic service!!!... my car battery died, so I called for an appointment. I was told they were unexpectedly very busy Christmas week, but I could bring the car in and they would try to get to it. When I showed up, Faris told me they would replace the battery right there and then. I expected to have to leave the car until the following day, but I was back on the road in about 20 minutes.

Faris and Team have taken good care of my last 3 Audis. The only place I go...69.4 miles from my driveway. 'nuff said!

Fares and his band of super-mechanics are the best!

My car has been severely under maintained for a little over a year. Neglected a lot of leaks and broken suspensions. Sean was able to do a quick inspection and quote and everything that had to be fixed. I was able to get my car picked up early next morning. Fares even gave me a discount for all the work that had to be done. All their workers were wearing masks correctly while this pandemic is ongoing. Hopefully it can end soon so Paula can go do some window shopping.

So much better than going through a dealer.

It's always a pleasure to work with Fares and his team! The Covid service of picking up my car at my place and bringing it back was a godsend! So smart! I hope that option becomes permanent after the pandemic! Makes my life so much easier! Thank you!
