This review is 6 years too late... Sean, Fares, and Paula are simply the best! Discovered this gem of a shop after having the Pasadena VW Dealer try to convince me I needed a new alternator when the issue I was experiencing had nothing to do with the electrical system. After a quick explanation of the issue over the phone, Farris tentatively gave a diagnosis of an issue with the vacuum relay system. Low and behold he was spot on and I've never looked back. I always have and will continue to point any owner of a VW or Audi in their direction. When it came to purchasing a new car, I only looked at VW and Audi's for the simple fact I didn't want the headache of finding another reliable and honest shop. Simply the best!
